Rotor Sand Mixer
Design:

Working Principle:

Roller Sand Mixer
Design:
Equipped with heavy rollers (cylindrical or wheel-shaped) that rotate over the sand mixture in a shallow pan.
Often includes plows or scrapers to push the sand under the rollers.
Working Principle:
Rollers compress and grind the sand mixture, ensuring even blending.
The pressure of the rollers ensures the clay binds well with the sand particles.
