It is suitable for the phenolic resin-coated sand to be solidified by electric and steam heating to produce sand core or moulding sand with high strength and a good finish.

The sand shooting head is automatically cleaned and removed after the sand shooting, automatically sanded, no water cooling; alarm reminder to open the moulds, the middle slide removed to take out sand cores.
The template movement adopts high-frequency quenching and rigid chrome-plated guide rail, which has high clamping precision and long service life; the mould can be multi-directionally pumped.
Vertical type, 2-6 moulds opening type; Z94SG series double moulds opening, dual working station model completes two moulds production at the same time, for users to choose.
Drive mode: pneumatic, hydraulic, or pneumatic-hydraulic combined drive; patterns, sandblasting quick-change plate device, and sand feeding device for users to choose.
The equipment is equipped with optional components to make the equipment move quickly and without impact, longer service life.
Electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station reduces oil temperature and delays component fatigue.
After the mould is opened, the template can be turned over 90° to complete picking up sand cores automatically and removed to take out sand cores.
